Paradox Consulting is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist. If you possess excellent communication skills in the German language, this is a great opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling and processing incoming calls and emails in the German language.
  • Providing exceptional support to customers, addressing their requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Managing complaints and monitoring their resolution.
  • Efficiently maintaining records and documentation for each customer request.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide the best possible solutions to customers.


  • Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written (level C2).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations.
  • Ability to write effectively in the German language.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
