Paradox Consulting makes a selection of candidates and enrols into Paradox School only those candidates who would be hired by the company if their German language knowledge is at the appropriate level and give them the opportunity to improve their language skills for free.
This means that after the completion of our course, the students get a job contract immediately and they start working.
The only obligation of the Paradox School attendees is to spend at least 6 months in our company.
